In many parts of Ghana, a doctor is a luxury. A hospital visit can cost more than a family earns in a week. Routine screenings that could catch a deadly disease early are simply inaccessible to millions of people. Lighthouse Humanitarian Aid Ghana's Healthcare Delivery program is changing this — one community at a time.

Since 2022, we have organized mobile health outreaches providing free medical consultations, essential medicines, and health screenings to communities without adequate healthcare access. Our flagship health initiatives include breast cancer and cervical cancer awareness campaigns, free screening services for women, malaria testing and treatment, blood pressure monitoring, and general wellness check-ups.

We work closely with qualified healthcare professionals — doctors, nurses, midwives, and health volunteers — who donate their time and expertise to our outreach programs. Every patient is treated with dignity, privacy, and care equal to any private clinic.

Our healthcare work has a particular focus on women's health, recognizing that when women are healthy, entire families and communities benefit. We provide reproductive health education, family planning information, and antenatal care support to women who would otherwise navigate these challenges alone.
